Sopima® Online Contract Bank™ service price model is based on a monthly user fee. You are invoiced based on actual usage and you can change your level of usage any time. As a customer you do not have to make any advance investment, just start with a free trial account and add user accounts later.
Read-user is free for your whole organization. This way you can make sure that all personnel in your organization get relevant information on your contracts. This user type suits for persons who need information on agreements, but do not need to edit or create them. Read license also allows you to read those reports you are authorized to.
The monthly price for a Business-user is 49 €. This user type is the basic user for Sopima, which can perform all relevant operations with contracts, e.g. create new contracts, negotiate, import existing contracts, search and report. Business-users are commonly from sales, procurement, project or management teams.
The monthly price for a Professional-user is 89 €, which contains a vast range of privileges. This user type is the right choice for persons who continuously work with contracts and can manage the permissions and contract management process. Professional-users are commonly financial staff, administration or legal counsels. Each account in Sopima has to have a minimum of one Professional-user who is the administrator of the account.
